Green sea turtle freed from ghost net!

Kind rangers of Con Dao National park found this poor green sea turtle while patrolling the sea. They immediately brought the juvenile to shore and checked its condition before releasing it. Thank you for doing a great work!

Ghost nets are commercial fishing nets that have been lost, abandoned, or discarded at sea. Every year they are responsible for trapping and killing millions of marine animals including sharks, rays, bony fish, turtles, dolphins, whales, crustaceans, and birds.
